Dispatch Times

We offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2:00pm (UK time), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2:00pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the mainland United Kingdom only.

Please note: this excludes the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Isles, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland.

• Free Shipping – Orders over £50 (Mainland UK only)
• Royal Mail 24h Tracked (1–3 days) – £4.99
• Royal Mail 48h Tracked (2–4 days) – £2.99
• DPD Next Day Delivery (1–2 days) – £7.99
• Local Same-Day Delivery (if ordered by 2pm)* – £7.50

*Available only in select local postcodes. This option will be shown at checkout if eligible.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@ruffo.co.uk. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect items.
